Shipping is free anywhere in Canada and the continental US. For other countries, please contact us via e-mail.
We ship within 5 business days of receiving the order and use expedited shipping. As a general rule it takes up to 3 days in Canada and up to 7 days in the US. If you have special requirements, like a birthday, let us know in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our boxes are for kids age 4 to 7. We verify each activity with an educator in early childhood development and a primary school teacher to make sure the activities are adapted.
We have clients that are 3 and some that are 9 as well. However, the 3 year old will not be as independent for the activities and the older kids love our boxes, but go through them much faster.
It’s simple! Click on the ‘dashboard’ icon to the right of the logo, then go in subscriptions. You can pause or cancel any subscription with one click.
Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. However, if the box was damaged during shipping, send us an e-mail and we will send another.
Absolutely! At the checkout, you can choose to send to a different address. It’s that simple.
We offer boxes in French and English. You can choose when ordering. If you want to change language mid subscription, send us and e-mail and we will do that for you!
We use Stripe and Paypal. We can accept most credit and debit cards. All prices are in CAD and are charged in CAD.
